Exams are required every twelve months to renew prescriptions prior to the shipping or pick-up of any products. Recheck exams are $99. A 20% handling fee will be assessed for any cancellation requests for orders placed online.

RETURNING CLIENTS: Exams are required every twelve months to renew prescriptions, prior to the shipping of any products.
